Frequently asked questions
Treatment, your visit, ongoing care, and how to contact us.
Visit
- Who will I see at my first visit?
Your treating clinician will review your goals and treatment plan with you.
- Who plans and oversees my ongoing care?
Every treatment plan is developed under Dr. Borsting's direction. She trains and guides the clinicians who provide your care.
- What do neurotoxins do?
Neurotoxins work by temporarily blocking nerve signals to muscles, causing them to relax and preventing contractions that lead to lines and wrinkles.
- How soon does Botox work?
You may notice a change within 24 to 48 hours. BOTOX Cosmetic reports full results in 30 days and effects that may last up to four months.
- What's the difference between lip filler and a lip flip?
Lip filler adds actual volume using hyaluronic acid dermal fillers. A lip flip uses a small amount of neurotoxin to relax the upper lip muscle, creating a subtle outward roll without adding volume.
- Where is The Studio?
Visit our Bend clinic. The visit page has the address and directions.
- How do I change my appointment?
Call the clinic to cancel or reschedule.
- How do I contact you after treatment?
Call the clinic and follow the instructions from your visit.
- How do I request a Studio appointment?
Use the booking page to choose a treatment and contact the clinic. A text link opens your message app with a booking question. Review it and send it yourself, or call (541) 316-0627. Studio appointments and Borsting Plastic Surgery consultations have separate booking.
- How do I book online?
Use the Studio booking page to choose your treatment. When online scheduling is available, select an appointment in Acuity and review the date, time, location, clinician, and terms before you confirm. Complete the booking steps and check the confirmation page. You can still call or text the clinic for booking help.
- How do I confirm or change an online appointment?
For an appointment booked in Acuity, check its confirmation page and keep your appointment details. Use any change or cancellation link supplied with your confirmation, subject to the scheduling limits shown there. If a link is unavailable or you cannot confirm the change, call the clinic. A text message, refund request, or marketing opt-out does not by itself change an appointment.
Pricing
- How much does treatment cost?
BOTOX Cosmetic: $13 per labeled unit. Selected HA filler: $625 per 1.0 mL syringe.
See the pricing page for Botox and filler prices. Your treatment total is confirmed before treatment.
- Do I need to join the offers list to book?
No. You can call or text the clinic without joining an offers list. Email offers and marketing texts are optional and use separate consent choices. Consent is not a condition of purchase or treatment.
- Does this website collect my card details?
The offers form and contact links do not collect a card number or take a treatment payment. Confirm payment methods and any payment terms with the clinic before your visit or purchase. Keep card details out of text messages and email.
- Do I need to pay or accept marketing to book online?
The booking deposit shown on the booking page is credited toward treatment. Your treatment and final price are confirmed at your visit. If treatment is unsuitable, your deposit is refunded. Booking and appointment confirmations do not enroll you in email offers or marketing texts. Those choices remain separate and optional.
Texting and privacy
- Does sending a text confirm an appointment?
A text is an appointment request. Confirm the date, time, location, treatment, and clinician with the clinic before you attend. Call if you have not received a response or need to confirm a change.
- What happens when I sign up for offers?
You provide your contact details and choose email offers and, separately, optional marketing texts. If the form opens an email draft, review it and send it yourself. Opening a draft does not deliver it. This website does not automatically send promotional emails or texts.
- Does entering my mobile number sign me up for marketing texts?
No. Marketing texts require the separate optional SMS consent choice. Entering a number, sending a booking inquiry, or becoming a patient does not provide that consent. Message frequency varies, and message and data rates may apply.
- How do I stop marketing texts?
Reply STOP to a Studio marketing text, send another clear request to stop marketing, or call (541) 316-0627 or email info@borstingmd.com. Contact the clinic for manual help if a reply has not arrived. Stopping offers does not cancel an appointment.
- How do I get help with texting?
Reply HELP to a Studio text, call (541) 316-0627, or email info@borstingmd.com. Use phone or email if a text link does not work or a response has not arrived. For a treatment concern, call the clinic and follow your visit instructions. Call 911 for an emergency.
- Can I send medical history or treatment photos through the offers form?
Keep medical history, treatment photos, insurance identifiers, and payment details out of the offers form and routine messages. Call the clinic to arrange a suitable clinical communication method. Ordinary email and SMS are not a medical-record portal.
- Is my mobile opt-in shared for someone else's marketing?
Mobile numbers, SMS opt-in information, and text-message consent are not sold or shared with third parties or affiliates for their marketing or promotional purposes. Service providers may process information needed to receive your request or manage your choices.
- How do I change or remove my signup details?
Contact the clinic to change your existing signup preferences. Call (541) 316-0627 or email info@borstingmd.com to correct your details, withdraw consent, or request removal. A signup request is separate from a request about your clinical records.
- Is the website privacy policy my clinical privacy notice?
The website privacy policy covers contact tools, offers signup, and communication choices. Ask the clinic for the clinical Notice of Privacy Practices and records process that apply to your care. Marketing consent does not replace treatment consent or authorize disclosure of your medical records.
