Your booking deposit
A $50 deposit reserves your Studio visit and is credited toward treatment. You do not need to select a Tox product or buy a treatment package to reserve your visit. We confirm the treatment plan and total before care.
Cancel at least 24 hours ahead for a refund to the original payment method. If treatment is unsuitable, your deposit is refunded to the original payment method. A late cancellation or no-show uses the deposit toward the $50 fee; it is not a second charge. Contact the clinic about any unused treatment credit.
Know the total before treatment
The clinic confirms the treatment plan, product, amount, and total before you proceed. Ask about the terms of an offer or payment before you agree to it.
Cancellation and rescheduling
Call the clinic to cancel or reschedule and confirm that your request has been received. The booking policy explains the current notice and fee information. A request for a refund does not by itself cancel an appointment.
Treatment and billing concerns
Payment is for the service provided. Treatment outcomes vary, and a payment does not guarantee a particular result. Contact the clinic about a treatment concern so it can review the care provided and the appropriate next step.
For a possible billing error, provide your name, the date of the visit or purchase, and a short description of the issue. Do not send a full card number or bank details by text or email. The clinic can arrange an appropriate way to review payment information.
Processing an approved refund
The clinic confirms whether a refund applies, the amount, and the payment method. An approved refund is returned through the original payment provider when possible. Your payment provider determines when it appears on your statement. Ask the clinic for the status if a confirmed refund has not appeared.
Cancellation fees, completed services, unused prepaid amounts, and billing errors are different issues. The terms agreed for your appointment or purchase and applicable consumer rights govern the request. Contact the clinic if those terms are unclear.
