The Studio is operated by Borsting LLC in Bend, Oregon. These terms govern use of this website and its contact and signup tools. The separate booking policy, refund policy, privacy policy, and SMS policy explain those services. Ask the clinic for the separate treatment consent and clinical privacy notice that apply to your care.
Your booking deposit
A $50 deposit reserves your Studio visit and is credited toward treatment. You do not need to select a Tox product or buy a treatment package to reserve your visit. We confirm the treatment plan and total before care.
Cancel at least 24 hours ahead for a refund to the original payment method. If treatment is unsuitable, your deposit is refunded to the original payment method. A late cancellation or no-show uses the deposit toward the $50 fee; it is not a second charge. Contact the clinic about any unused treatment credit.
Website information and medical care
Treatment pages provide general information. Reading a page, submitting a signup, or opening a contact link does not establish a physician-patient relationship, approve a treatment, or replace a consultation. Confirm the treatment plan and the clinician who will carry it out with the clinic.
Do not use website forms, email, or text messages for an emergency. Call 911 for an emergency. For a treatment concern, call the clinic and follow the instructions provided at your visit.
Appointment requests and confirmation
Use the Studio booking pages to choose an appointment. Review the appointment details and any terms shown by the scheduling service before you confirm. Studio appointments and Borsting Plastic Surgery consultations use separate booking.
Give accurate contact information so the clinic can respond. Call the clinic to cancel or reschedule. A message alone does not confirm a change to an appointment.
A Join waitlist link opens an email draft. Review and send it to request information about the selected service's availability and pricing. A waitlist request does not reserve an appointment or enroll you in marketing messages.
Prices, treatment plans, and offers
A listed price applies to the stated product, quantity, and service. A price for one product does not apply to another product. Your treatment plan, amount, and total are confirmed before treatment. Ask about any additional cost before you agree to proceed.
Any offer must state its included care, product, amount, price, eligibility, and applicable terms. An offer or payment does not replace clinical assessment or treatment consent. Contact the clinic if the website and the information provided for your visit differ.
Payment, cancellation, and refunds
Review cancellation and payment terms before confirming an appointment or making a payment. Any approved prepaid offer must explain what happens if the treatment plan changes or the treatment is unsuitable. See the booking and refund policies for the current information. Do not send card details by text, email, or the offers form.
Email offers and marketing texts
Email offers and marketing SMS use separate consent choices. Joining an offers list is voluntary. Consent is not a condition of purchase, booking, or treatment. Giving a phone number or sending a booking question does not enroll you in marketing texts.
Message frequency varies. Message and data rates may apply. Reply STOP to a Studio marketing text to opt out or HELP for help. You can also call or email the clinic. The SMS policy explains these choices and the separate use of contact messages for your requested appointment.
Privacy and information you submit
Only provide contact information you control or have permission to use. Keep medical history, treatment photographs, insurance identifiers, and payment details out of the offers form and routine contact messages. Call the clinic to arrange an appropriate way to provide clinical information.
Website privacy and marketing consent do not replace the clinical privacy notice or any authorization required for medical information. The privacy policy explains contact information, consent choices, storage, and removal requests.
Permitted use and website content
You may use this site to learn about the Studio and arrange contact with the clinic. Do not attempt unauthorized access, interfere with the site, submit malicious content, impersonate another person, or misuse a signup or contact tool.
Website content may include Studio material and material used with permission. You may share links for personal use. Contact the clinic before reproducing site content for commercial use.
External services and links
Your email app, message app, mobile carrier, and any external scheduling or payment service operate under their own terms. Directions and social links also lead to independent services. Review their policies before providing information. Contact the clinic if a link does not work or a message is not delivered.
Availability, corrections, and changes
Website information, prices, and service availability can change. The clinic confirms the terms for your particular visit. Report an error so it can be checked. Updated website terms carry an updated date. A policy update does not create new marketing consent or replace terms already agreed for a specific appointment.
Applicable law and concerns
Oregon law applies to these website terms, subject to applicable federal law and rights that cannot be waived. Contact the clinic with a website, appointment, billing, or privacy concern.
