Your booking deposit
A $50 deposit reserves your Studio visit and is credited toward treatment. You do not need to select a Tox product or buy a treatment package to reserve your visit. We confirm the treatment plan and total before care.
Cancel at least 24 hours ahead for a refund to the original payment method. If treatment is unsuitable, your deposit is refunded to the original payment method. A late cancellation or no-show uses the deposit toward the $50 fee; it is not a second charge. Contact the clinic about any unused treatment credit.
Arrange a Studio visit
A contact message is an appointment request. Confirm the date, time, location, treatment, and clinician with the clinic before you attend. If you have not received a response or confirmation, call the clinic.
Your consultation and treatment plan
Your first visit is with Dr. Borsting. Review your treatment plan, product, amount, and total before treatment. A requested treatment or a listed offer still requires a clinical assessment and your consent.
For an appointment question, give your name, contact details, and the treatment you want to discuss. Keep medical history, treatment photographs, and payment details out of routine booking messages. The clinic can arrange the appropriate clinical communication method.
Change or cancel an appointment
Call the clinic to cancel or reschedule. Confirm that the change has been received. Joining or leaving the offers list does not change an appointment.
Please give 24 hours' notice when you cancel or reschedule.
The late-cancellation fee is $50. The no-show fee is $50.
Prices and payment
Listed prices apply to the stated product, quantity, and service. The clinic confirms your treatment amount and total before you proceed. Ask about any additional cost and the accepted payment method.

Offers and communication choices
You can request a visit without joining an offers list. Email offers and marketing texts require separate consent choices. A booking inquiry does not enroll you in promotional texts. See the SMS policy and privacy policy.
Service waitlists
A service's Join waitlist link opens an email draft to the clinic. Review the draft and send it yourself. Opening a draft does not deliver your request. A waitlist request asks the clinic to contact you about that service's availability and pricing; it does not reserve an appointment or enroll you in marketing messages. Call the clinic if you prefer to request information by phone.
