Privacy policy

Updated

The Studio is operated by Borsting LLC in Bend, Oregon. This policy covers website forms, contact messages, offers signups, and the choices you make about those communications. Clinical records and their privacy rights require a separate clinical privacy notice. This website policy does not replace a Notice of Privacy Practices or treatment consent.

Information you choose to provide

If you call, text, or email the clinic, the service used for that contact processes your message and contact details. Only provide information needed for your request. Do not include medical history, treatment photographs, insurance identifiers, or card details in the offers form or routine messages.

How information is used

Contact details are used to respond to your request and manage the communication choices you select. Requested appointment discussions and marketing offers are separate purposes. A booking inquiry, a patient relationship, or a mobile number alone does not provide marketing SMS consent.

Marketing SMS permission is optional and separate from email permission. Consent is not a condition of purchase, booking, or treatment. This website does not automatically send marketing messages. See the SMS policy for message frequency, rates, STOP, HELP, and contact options.

Opening a draft or a text link does not confirm delivery. If you cannot use the link or do not receive a response, call the clinic.

Sharing and service providers

We do not sell contact information or share it with third parties for their own marketing. Mobile numbers, SMS opt-in information, and text-message consent are not shared with third parties or affiliates for their marketing or promotional purposes.

Service providers may process information needed to host the site, receive a message, store a signup, or provide an approved scheduling or payment service. That processing does not give those providers permission to use your mobile opt-in for their own marketing. Information may also be disclosed when required by law.

Website tracking and technical information

This website does not use advertising pixels or analytics and does not save signup information in browser storage. The hosting service may process technical access information, such as an IP address, to deliver and protect the website. Your email service, message app, and mobile carrier have their own data practices.

Appointments, payments, and external links

When you use an appointment link, the scheduling service handles its appointment information and any approved payment step. Review the information and policies shown there before confirming.

Directions, social media, and other external websites operate under their own privacy policies. Keep payment details out of email and text. Ask the clinic which payment method or clinical communication channel to use.

Your communication choices

You can withdraw email or marketing SMS permission without losing access to booking or treatment. Reply STOP to a Studio marketing text, use a provided unsubscribe option, or call or email the clinic. Other clear requests to stop marketing are also accepted. Reply HELP to a Studio text or use the contact details below for help.

Tell the clinic if your contact details change or a phone number no longer belongs to you. A request to stop offers does not cancel an appointment or delete records that must be retained for clinical, billing, legal, or consent-management purposes.

Review, correction, and removal requests

Contact the clinic to review or correct your signup details, withdraw consent, or request removal. Specify which email address or mobile number is involved and the change you want. The clinic may need to verify that the request concerns your own information. Do not email identity documents or medical records unless the clinic has arranged an appropriate method.

Some information may need to be retained to meet legal obligations or record a request not to send messages. Removing a signup is separate from a medical-record request. Ask the clinic for the process that applies to your clinical records.

Clinical privacy and safe communication

Ordinary email and SMS are not a secure medical-record portal. Contact the clinic to arrange a suitable way to provide clinical information or discuss a treatment concern. Marketing permission does not authorize disclosure of your medical records or their use for third-party advertising.

Ask the clinic for the clinical privacy notice and records process that apply to your care. The HHS explanation of a Notice of Privacy Practices describes the purpose of that separate notice. Website contact tools are not emergency services; call 911 for an emergency.

Children and information about another person

Do not submit another person's contact information without permission. For a visit involving a minor, call the clinic about eligibility, consent, and the appropriate contact process. Keep a child's health information out of the offers form.

Policy changes and contact

This policy is updated when the website or its information practices change. The date above identifies this version. New communication purposes require the appropriate consent; a policy update alone does not enroll you in marketing.
